Hosting the games

I've hosted live pub trivia for five years: three years in Chicago for Whaddayaknow and two in Atlanta for Dirty South Trivia. Pyaar Trivia is the platform I built to run those nights end to end.

  • Original question sets across themed, general-knowledge, music, and pop-culture rounds, with comedic quips and answer reveals.
  • Hosting groups of 30 to 80+ per night, including full A/V (mic, speakers, projection) and venue logistics.
  • Attendance, round popularity, and feedback tracked to tune format, difficulty, and pacing for retention.
  • Format: 4 to 5 themed rounds of 6 to 8 questions, with music, visual, and number specials, price-is-right tiebreakers, and team-based running scores.
